Job Description:
- Training/training coordination - Recruitment - Onboarding - Follow up sessions with new employees after 3 months - Exit Interviews - Business Partnering (to ensure proactivity and ensuring Employee Success is aligned with the needs of the Peruvian office) - Sparring with the Global Head of Employee Success in Copenhagen on all topics - Collaboration with the rest of the Employee Success team globally (Indonesia, Ukraine, Denmark, USA) - Contributing to employees' and managers' well being at the office - making sure to proactively reach out to people at the office - Identifying new practices that could be implemented in the company that could increase employees' engagement Requirements: - Proven experience within training/training coordination and recruitment - Growth mindset - Proactive - Trusted business partner and great at building relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, supportive and transparent attitude - Creativeness and open-mindedness to new approaches - Relevant experience working within the HR areas mentioned above for at least 3 years - Good English skills, both verbally and written - this will be assessed during the interview stage - Positive attitude Benefits: - Dedicated PC - Lunch - Casual environment - Fun activities - Constant training and much more Recruitment process: - Submit your CV in English - Submit a motivational letter (why you are the perfect fit for the role) - Interview and assessment - Expected date to begin, December 01, 2021 P.S.: Due to the fact that we are starting the company in Peru and we need to follow the labor laws, for the moment we can only hire Peruvians, not foreigners.
