| Descripción del Puesto *: | The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, seeks to hire an Individual Consultant to represent the 2030 Water
Resources Group in Perú, catallysing public and private sector cooperation in water resources management. His/her main tasks will to convence stakeholders to implement practical water conservancy projects; to commission hydro-economic and other analyses; and to build strong relationships across govermment, industry leaders and civil society.
Selection Criteria:
-Post graduate qualification in the Environmental Sciences, Sociology, Engineering, Economics, Business or Public Administration.
-Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the public and private sectors.
-Ability to convince and inspire diverse groups of stakeholders to tackle water resources challenges together.
-Understanding of national water governance in Peru and an extensive track record of successful interaction with key stakeholders.
-Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidentially, articulate issues and recommend solutions, both in English and in Spanish. |
