| Descripción del Puesto *: | PIPELINE ENVIRONMENTAL COORDINATOR (PEC1)
This position is responsible for ensuring proper implementation of plans,
programs and environmental procedures for each type of location and activity of the company. Ensure that pipeline activities are performed according to the ESHS management system promoting sound environmental practices in the field, full compliance with occupational health and safety policies and operations in socially responsbile manner. Lead the implementation of the Pipeline Bio restoration Program and the Participatory E&S Monitoring Program, environment ensuring adequate performance in the area of Risk Assessment - Risk Control of the Pipeline.
Requirements:
Environmental Engineer Degree or similar; experience managing contractors and field personnel; experience with ISO 14001, ISO 9001 OSHA 18001; team work, problem solver; driving license; decision maker and problem solving; 10 years' experience.
HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE (HRP1)
Communicate to all staff of the organization the benefits and activities of the company.
Responsable for organizing all activities that lead to strengthen the climate, culture and values of the company. Advise workers on benefits and events of the company.
Responsible for the internal communication strategy, internal marketing and branding projects for the company. Coordinate the acquisition and negotiation of benefits for workers with different suppliers.
Requirements:
Customer Service Orientated; experience in communication is a must; driven, autonomous, self-motivated and strategic Degree in Communications, business administration, industrial engineering or related fields; 3 years experience; availability to travel. |
