Descripción del Puesto *:	The candidate will have the following responsibilities: -Development of product lines according with the strategic company objectives. -Design key strategies to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the different portfolios. -Ensure and monitor the team to meet the targets set in the Marketing Plan. -To efficiently monitor team activities. -Develop and issue reports to management and direct reports to enable appropriate and -To determine together with the Peruvian General Manager and Regional Manager the introduction of innovative new products thus allowing the development of the organization Requirements: -College graduate professional in marketing or management careers. -Perfectly bilingual: Spanish I English. -Verifiable experience between 5 and 10 years within the pharmaceutical industry in similar positions. -Extensive knowledge of the Peruvian market. -Initiative, dynamism and teamwork oriented.
