Descripción del Puesto *: | The Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID)is the Australian Government agency responsible for managing Australia's overseas aid program.
AusAID has established a new Regional Office at the Australian Embassy in Lima. The office is seeking the services of a Program Administrator.
The position will be primarily responsible for the financial, human resource, information and property management of the AusAID Regional Office. The role also involves administering the AusAID Local Area Network (LAN) and providing general technical support to users. The successful candidate will also assist with communications, research, risk and fraud management and logistics for AusAID travel across Latin America.
Qualifications and Essential experience:
1. 3-5 years experience in working in a similar administrative role.
2. Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and flexibility.
3. Administrative and financial management skills; experience in data processing.
4. Ability to provide technical advice on the use of information technology and general knowledge of working with standard software and hardware within a networked environment.
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. |
